The work of Clarity & Connections is informed by more than two decades of experience supporting public institutions and nonprofit organizations across education, community initiatives, and mission driven sectors.

This work has included guiding strategic initiatives, advising nonprofit leaders, designing and facilitating trainings, planning leadership retreats, and supporting organizational efforts that influence institutional culture, leadership development, and long term strategy. In addition to program leadership and administrative roles, the firm’s leadership has contributed to initiatives that help shape institutional direction, including participation in the development of university wide strategies designed to translate values into sustained organizational action.

Clarity & Connections brings an interdisciplinary perspective grounded in graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Career Counseling, along with undergraduate study in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. This background informs how we facilitate complex conversations, navigate leadership dynamics, and guide organizations through moments that require reflection, recalibration, and strategic clarity.
